      Independent Living

      Living Independently in a Senior Community is a great alternative for people who want less maintenance. These properties provide socialization, entertainment, and activities, but residents do not have significant medical needs.

      Assisted Living

      In Assisted Living Communities residents have independent benefits with a combined lifestyle of housing needs, activities, personal care services, and healthcare.

      Memory Care

      In these Specialized Communities individuals with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia are provided a safe and secure living environment tailored to their needs.

      Residential Care Homes

      These Private Senior Communities are smaller with generally 20 or less residents at a time. Depending on the community they can provide services for Assisted Living or Memory Care needs in a smaller more personal setting.

      Respite Care

      This is a short-term option for an individual to have care services at a Senior Community while the primary caregiver can have relief or create a new long-term care plan.

We then match the most appropriate fitting communities to individual needs for selection. Once a community is chosen, we monitor before, during, and after the move in process to ensure satisfaction is achieved.

      Meghan Lugo

      Founder & CEO

      Meghan has always had a unique passion in caring for others. She has spent over a decade working in healthcare, operations, and supervisory positions with a focus on pediatrics and special needs patients. It was during this time she gained a unique skilled set that is extremely valuable in her current role. These tools allow her to empower our staff, local seniors, and families to make educated decisions during difficult transitions.

      At First Coast Care all of our employees have previous experience working in healthcare, are individually trained, background checked, and have completed Elder Competency training in order to provide safety for all seniors in our community.
